(ii) We Are To Live By Every Word Of God:

Each individual builds their relationship with God through the study of the Bible and obedience to His truth. The measure of knowledge learned from the Bible through continuous study and prayer is priceless compared to the treasures of the world. All of God's word, both the Old and New Testaments, is inspired and God-breathed. If we are to obey God, we should heed all of His words. For Christians, the message from God in the Bible is summed up in these three words: Obey My Voice!

Exodus 19:5 - AFV

5.   Now therefore, if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.

Deuteronomy 8:3 - AFV

3.   And He humbled you and allowed you to hunger, and then He fed you with manna which you did not know, neither did your fathers know it, so that He might make you know that man does not live by bread alone; but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.

Matthew 4:4; - AFV

4.   But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.' "

Luke 4:4 - AFV

4.   But Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.' "

John 14:23-24 - AFV

23.   Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.
24.   The one who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word that you hear is not Mine, but the Father's, Who sent Me."
