Biblical Proofs: IV. God's Ways

(i) God's Ways Are Understandable:

The Father and Jesus Christ are perfect, and their words for us are eternal. From the Scriptures, God declares Who He is and what He is doing for His creation. If His word is faithfully interpreted and He is sought out earnestly in spirit and truth, then He will impart grace and understanding. God is neither contradictory nor does anything without a purpose or a reason. If God establishes a law for His creation, He, too, abides by that very law. Therefore, the Scriptures are correct; God IS NOT the author of confusion. It is man's understanding that makes God and His ways confusing.

Romans 1:19-21 - AFV
19.   Because that which may be known of God is manifest among them, for God has manifested it to them;
20.   For the invisible things of Him are perceived from the creation of the world, being understood by the things that were made--both His eternal power and Godhead--so that they are without excuse;
21.   Because when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but they became vain in their own reasonings, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

I Corinthians 14:33 - AFV
33.   For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
